Paige: 

Paige is a certified Pilates instructor with comprehensive training in classical and contemporary methods. Mentored by the studio owner, Paige has developed a deep understanding of body mechanics, focusing on proper form and alignment to ensure safety and effectiveness in every session.

Paige’s passion for Pilates grew after a significant concussion, where Pilates became a way to return to exercise, helping to restore strength, balance, and coordination. With a strong commitment to evidence-based practices, Paige emphasizes the many benefits of Pilates, including improved posture, increased core strength, and injury prevention. Paige strives to create a supportive and mindful environment for clients, helping them achieve lasting health and wellness. 

Leigh-Ann: 

With over 21 years of experience, Bedrock Pilates and Leigh-Ann Flanagan are trusted names in the community, providing expert instruction in Pilates and specializing in rehabilitation. 

As a movement specialist with a focus on rehabilitation, Leigh-Ann is well versed in working with clients facing a wide range of challenges including low back pain, SI joint dysfunction, disc & shoulder issues, post surgical recovery, chronic pain management and more. 

As the studio owner and lead instructor, Leigh-Ann is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve mobility and recover from injuries. Her approach combines a deep understanding of movement and rehabilitation techniques to ensure every client feels supported on their wellness journey.

Mariah: 

​​Mariah has always been passionate about helping others learn and grow. A former swim instructor turned full-time French Immersion teacher and part-time Pilates instructor, Mariah brings a unique blend of precision, creativity, and warmth to every class she teaches.
Known for her attention to detail, imaginative flows, and signature slow tempo, Mariah's classes are thoughtfully designed to challenge both body and mind. Her clear and supportive cues, paired with her trademark use of humorous and relatable imagery, help clients truly understand the mechanics behind each movement—all while keeping things fun and light-hearted.
Mariah is committed to making movement accessible to all. Whether you're a beginner, working with injuries, or have specific goals in mind, she is skilled at offering tailored modifications to suit every body. You’ll always leave her classes feeling stronger—expect to “embrace the shake,” as she likes to say!
She holds a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification and is dedicated to ongoing education to refine her craft. Mariah has completed specialized training in golf-specific Pilates, helping golfers improve core strength, mobility, and rotational power for better performance and injury prevention. She also works with clients pre- and post-rehabilitation, particularly those recovering from knee replacements and ACL injuries, offering supportive, effective programming to restore confidence and function.
