What Is Pilates? Pilates is a gentle yet challenging total body workout that works your body from the inside out.
Pilates
will help you to strengthen your core muscles, improve posture,
increase flexibility and enhance the mind/body connection, leaving you
feeling relaxed and rejuventated.
Participants are asked to perform a series of slow, controlled body movements.
You
think, sense and feel every exercise. Whatever your gender, age, weight
or fitness level you will feel taller, stronger and more limber.
